This Privacy Policy for Mind Network ("Company", "we", "us" "our") describes how we collect, use and disclose information about users of the Company's website (mindnetwork.xyz), and any related services, tools and features, including the Mind Network service (collectively, the "Services"). For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, "you" and "your" means you as the user of the Services. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. COMPANY'S COLLECTION AND USE OF INFORMATION

  • We collect non-identifiable data, such as public on-chain data, and limited off-chain data like device type, browser version, etc. This is to help drive production vision, not track users.

  • The following third-party wallet ("Wallet") information: public wallet address and token holdings. We collect third-party Wallet information in order to facilitate your use of the Services.

  • The following information about you: name, email address, Discord, Telegram, Medium, Twitter, Github, Gitbook, etc. We collect your information, such as email address, Discord or Telegram, in order to communicate with you through the Services and through third party platforms, such as Discord, Telegram, Medium, Twitter.

  • Information included in any identity documents you provide to us, including without limitation driver’s license or passport number, date of birth and/or country of residence. We rarely collect and use such information, but if yes, then collect this in limited circumstances for the purposes of identification of the jurisdiction of residence of certain users or as otherwise needed to satisfy certain regulatory obligations

  • The information about your event attendance. We may organise or partner with other event organisers. We may collect your event data or be shared from event organisers. If you do not agree with the collection and use of your event related data, please do not apply or attend the event.

  • The information included your job application. We may post job advertisements via our service or other third-party channels. If you have sent us your job related data, in order for us to consider or evaluate your job application, we may analyse or store your job application and onboarding information, such as CV, Profile, ID, Photo, etc. If you do not agree with the collection, storage and use of your job related personal data, please do not apply or continue to use the Services from us and channels.

  • Any other information you choose to include in communications with us, for example, when sending a message through the Services.

We also automatically collect certain information about your interaction with the Services ("Usage Data"). To do this, we may use cookies, web beacons/clear gifs and other geolocation tracking technologies ("Tracking Technologies"). Usage Data comprises of:

  • Blockchain analysis service providers, including Chainanalysis

  • To comply with applicable law or any obligations thereunder, including cooperation with law enforcement, judicial orders, and regulatory inquiries

THIRD PARTY WALLET EXTENSIONS

Certain transactions conducted via our Services, will require you to connect a Wallet to the Services. By using such Wallet to conduct such transactions via the Services, you agree that your interactions with such third party Wallets are governed by the privacy policy for the applicable Wallet.We expressly disclaim any and all liability for actions arising from your use of third party Wallets, including but without limitation, to actions relating to the use and/or disclosure of personal information by such third party Wallets.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to use the Services, and we do not seek or knowingly collect any personal information about children under 13 years of age.If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected information about a child under 13 years of age, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to delete such information from our database.If you are the parent or guardian of a child under 13 years of age who has provided us with their personal information, you may contact us using the information below to request that it be deleted.
